Edward Belchamber born in 1683 most likely the son of John born about December 29th 1640 and Ann Belchamber of Northchapel,Sussex ,married Mary Stodman in St.John the Baptist Church,Kirdford,Sussex on the 30th of April,1703.Edward and Mary had five children that I can found first was Edward bapt.Feb.25th 1702 he died March 1702,next there was Mary bapt.April 29th 1705,Jane bapt.17th 1706,another Edward was born and bapt.Sept.19th,1708 and finally Sarah bapt.April 29th.1712.Mary the wife of Edward died and was buried  on the 8th of Feb,1736.Edward and Mary may have also had another two children a son William who married Jane Smart in Kirdford Nov.22nd,1744 but I cannot find a baptism for him, and a daughter Joan, she was buried in Kirdford on the 23rd of Aug.1730.Willaim and Jane Smart had at least one child William bapt.April 26th,1747.Edward Belchamber Snr.was buried in Kirdford on May 20th,1748.

Jane Belchamber married John Ayling in Kirdford in 1732 they had a daughter Mary bapt.Oct.19th,1734. At the moment I cannot find a marriage or death for Mary Belchamber ,Sarah Belchamber and John Wood were also married in Kirdford on the 16th Nov.1735 and finally Edward Belchamber married Mary Boxall again in Kirdford on Nov.2nd,1738.
