Edward Belchamber married Ann Booker on the 27th of April 1769 by banns in Slinfold; Sussex.The banns were published on the 4th, 16th and 25th of April that year.
Edward and Ann’s son Edward Belchamber married Fanny Briggs at St.Marys Church, Horsham on the 18th of May 1794.The witness’s were Elizabeth Belchamber,Mary Botting and Thomas Longhurst.The ceremony was performed by George Marshall after the banns were published on the 20th,27th of April and the 4th of May.
Edward and Fanny had four children that I know of, they were Edward baptized May 25th 1795, Fanny baptized April 2nd 1797, Sarah baptized June 9th 1799 and Ann on the 7th May 1802.
Edward son of Edward and Fanny married Ann Sayers at St.Marys Church, Horsham has did Edwards parents, the ceremony was conducted by George Marshall. Both were minors and were married by banns. The witness’s were Sarah Sayers and Richard Collins.

Mary Belchamber died aged 20 years on the 29th of July 1844 of Consumption, at Northchapel House,North Street,Horsham.Edward Belchamber her father was informant and present at death,Registra J Lawman registered the death on the 2nd of August.
Sarah Belchamber died at East Dulwich Grove,Camberwell on the 24th of July 1851 she was 36 years of age and a domestic servant.Father Edward was informant and in attendance.William Searle registra,registered the death on the 28th January in Camberwell.

Widower Edward Belchamber a Grocer of full age married Spinster Comfort Evans again of full age at the Holy Trinity,Bridgewater,Somerset on the 30th of June 1877 by banns.The witness's were John Davey and Mary Dyer.Edward gave his residence as Bridgewater and Comfort as St.Marys,Clyst.The vicar George Green married them.Edwards father gave his name as Ned Belchamber a gardener and Comfort's father William Harris Evans was a Bailiff
They are in the 1881 census living in Ambra Hill,Gloucester.Edward in a Grocer aged 66 and Comfort is a Grocers wife aged 39.Living with them are Ann and James Macegins,James is a Brother-in-law and Ann is a Masons wife and from Low Gerra,Cornwall, James is from Cardiff and a Confectioners Porter. Also living at that address 1881 were Sarah Gray, widow aged 49 from Tiverton, Devon a Dressmaker, Sarah Florence Gray her daughter aged 14 from Belfast an Assistant Dressmaker and Eve Emily Gray aged 13 and a Scholar also from Belfast.
All I know about William Belchamber is that he was married to Frances Wales in 1858.

Jane Belchamber aged 73 died of "White Softening of the Brain" on the 17th of December 1897.Cause of death was certified by J Karman MRCS Eng. and was recorded by deputy registra Robert Classley for Lambeth on the 18th of December.Jane's husband,David Belchamber was informant and present at death.David’s occupation was a Jobbing Gardener.
Their daughter Mary Ann Belchamber was born at Woolbeding,Sussex on the 21st of August 1846.Her father David was a Gardner,Jane Belchamber formerly Elliott was her mother.Daniel Moore the registra for Midhurst recorded the birth on the 25th September
Mary Ann Bellchamber a Laundress aged 56 died on the 12th of November,1903 of a Rupture of an Aneurism of wall of Heart and Syncope.The certificate was received from George Percival Wyatt the coroner for the counties of Surrey and London.The inquest was held on the 17th of November and the death was registered the same day by Registra Nathaniel Chanley.Mary Ann never married.

Amelia Ellen Belchamber died aged 85 of Senile Decay on the 2nd of November,1936.The place of death was 10 Percy Road,Southsea,Portsmouth.The death was certified by James Malpas MRCS and recorded for Portsmouth by W H Beale on the 3rd of November.The informant was E Woolgar of 10 Percy Road,causing the body to be buried.

Samuel Belchamber aged 66 and a Police Constable died at 19 Darlan Road,Fulham on the 11th of June,1896.Frederick William Belchamber was the informant and in attendance,Frederick William's address was given as 5 Fulham Park Road,Fulham.David Sheppard the registrar for Fulham registered the death on the 12th of June.Cause of death was Asthma Chronic 5 Years and haert failure 2 hours which was certified by G H Pellen MRCS.
